Emmanuel Akomanin Asiamah

Emmanuel teaches pathology diagnostics techniques and is involved in a number of research collaborations, with keen interest in cancer epidemiology, design and development of diagnostic tools for early detection of cancers (cervical, breast, prostate and lung). He has also been researching on understanding the interplay of infection and cancer with a focus on elucidating the role of oncogenic pathogens (viruses&fungi) in the molecular pathogenesis and progression of some selected cancers
