个人简介
Suming Li obtained the bronze medal of CNRS in 1996, and the award for scientific excellence of CNRS in 2010. His research activities include the synthesis, structure-properties, degradation mechanisms, and biomedical and pharmaceutical applications of degradable and bioresorbable polymers, in particular polyesters derived from lactides, glycolide, ɛ-caprolactone, and copoly(ester-carbonate)s and copoly(ester-ether)s. In recent years he is mainly interested in the chemical modification of biopolymers such as chitosan and cellulose, and in self-assembly of amphiphilic block copolymers. He is author and co-author of 138 publications, 9 book chapters, 4 patents, and numerous conferences and communications. His H-index is 48 with 8925 SCI citations.
