Bio
长期致力于食品安全领域的研究和教学工作,在粮食加工中生物毒素检测与控制领域取得系统的创新成果。承担国家“863”、“973”子课题、科技部支撑计划等科研项目20余项。在权威杂志发表论文180余篇,获中国发明专利40件、国际发明专利2件,参与制订国家行业标准7项,4项颁布实施,1项国际标准。相关成果获省部级及行业协会(江苏省、教育部、中国轻工业联合会)技术发明、科技进步一等奖5项。编著食品安全教材4部,获国家“十三五”重点图书和重点规划教材。主讲课程:«微生物与食品安全»获首批江苏省课程思政示范课;«食品安全学»获首批江苏省一流课程。
