研究方向
内质网应激反应是机体自身代偿和自身保护的反应,如果应激条件过于强烈或持续时间过长,超过了细胞自身的代偿能力,内质网应激反应亦可促进细胞凋亡。主要研究方向:内质网应激反应机制,内质网应激与肿瘤及神经退行性疾病等发生发展的相关性研究。
