Kuan-Po Lin

Kuan-Po Lin was born in Miao-Li, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1976. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Tam-Kang University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1999. He is currently pursuing the M.S. degree in electrical engineering at the Institution of Microelectronic, National Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan. His research focuses on the III–V heterostructure field-effect transistors, such as InGaP/GaAs, AlGaAs/GaAs DCFET and PHEMT.
