Won Gyu Lee

Won Gyu Lee received the B.A. degree from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1985, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in chemical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Daejon, South Korea, in 1995 and 1997, respectively. He was a Principal Researcher with SK hynix, Icheon, South Korea, until 2002. He is currently a Professor of chemical engineering with Kangwon National University, Chuncheon, South Korea. He was involved in the process development of logic and memory semiconductor devices. His current research interests include atmospheric pressure plasma process, surface cleaning and modification process, and carbon materials for electronic applications. Dr. Lee is a member of The Korea Institute of Chemical Engineers (KIChE) and serves as a Vice President of KIChE.
