I like using machine learning to solve problem in physics, from discovering physical laws from observational microscopy data, designing and making better materials, and moving atoms by electron beams. My initial research at ORNL was centered on the scanning probe microscopy methods for probing ferroelectric and energy materials including batteries and fuel cells.
