Alexander R. Precioso, M.D. PhD was boarded in Medicine at the Medical School of Ribeirão Preto of University of Sao Paulo, attended the Pediatrics Residency at Instituto da Criança of Hospital das Clínicas of Medical School of University of São Paulo from 1991 to 1993 and got a PhD degree at the Pediatrics Department of Medical School of University of São Paulo in 1999. Dr. Precioso attended the research fellowship program at Division of Neonatology of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania, USA from 1997 to 1999 Current Position: - Director of the International Scientific Alliances since December 2021. - Researcher associated to the Pediatrics Department - Children´s Institute of the Clinics Hospital of the Medical School of University of São Paulo since 1999. - Member of The Advisory Permanent Committee on Immunization of Secretariat of Health of Sao Paulo State-Brazil since 2010 - Member of The Reference Committee on Infectious Diseases of Secretariat of Health of Sao Paulo State-Brazil since 2013. - Member of the COVAX-Safety Working Group since 2020. - Chair of the Clinical and Medical Affairs Working Group of the Developing Countries Vaccine Manufactures Network - DCVMN since February since 2022 - Member of the Joint Coordination Group - CEPI since March de 2022 - Member of the Technical Advisory Board on Immunizations - Federal Immunization Program, Ministry of Health, Brazil since November 2011.
