I am a mosquito vector biologist and Senior Research Officer at the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute. I undertook a PhD in Tropical Health at the University of Queensland. I have conducted postdoctoral research in mosquito biology and host-pathogen interactions for over 18 years. My research focusses on developing strategies to control mosquito-borne disease by targeting mosquitoes or the pathogens inside them.
