Dmitri V Rybka

Dmitry V. Rybka was born in Tomsk, Russia, in 1978. He received the M.S. degree in engineering of optoelectronic devises and systems in 2001 and the Candidate of Sciences degree from Tomsk State University, Tomsk, in 2010. He has been a Graduate Employee, a Post Graduate Student, and is currently a Junior Researcher with the Laboratory of Optical Radiation, Institute of High Current Electronics, Tomsk, since 2001. His current research interests include gas discharge sources of spontaneous radiation, high-current electronics, and generation of runaway electrons.
