个人简介
My main research interest is to understand the causes of foodborne diseases and what can be done to reduce the disease burden. This area benefits from the synthesis of microbial genomics, statistical/mathematical methods, predictive microbiology as well as conventional food microbiology and epidemiology techniques.
I work at Risk Assessment Department in ANSES (French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety).
