个人简介
My work deals with the heat and mass transfer, especially in food engineering. I do experiments and numerical modelling for microwave heating, ohmic heating, air drying, electrohydrodynamics (EHD) drying and food freezing.
The objective of these works is to improve the energy efficiency of the processes while ensuring the products quality or improving it.
