个人简介
My current research interest is deep learning with an application to medical image analysis in general. More specifically I am interested in the following topics of medical imaging:
- Automatic quantitative analysis of brain MRI and CT scans of patients with neurological disorders and damages such as multiple sclerosis and hemorrhage
- Deep learning and computer vision algorithms in an application to medical image analysis: automated feature learning and latent imaging biomarker discovery with an aim to improve the understanding of pathology of neurological diseases
- Interpretable high-performance machine learning methods that make sense to radiologists and neurologists
- Novel MRI sequences such as myelin water imaging and diffusion tensor imaging
- Multicore architecture CPUs/GPUs based computation
- Imaging biomarkers of neurological disorders
In the past, I was involved in several imaging projects at SAMSUNG:
- Image restoration (denoising and deblurring), high sensitive imaging, high dynamic range imaging, and computational photography
