个人简介
Terri L. Griffith received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Graduate School of Industrial Administration, Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA.
She is currently a Professor of management at Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, CA. Her current research interests include the implementation and effective use of new technologies and organizational practices, most recently focusing on knowledge transfer and innovation in virtual environments. Her field research includes a three-year National Science Foundation sponsored study focusing on the Fortune 100 and other significant science and technology companies. She is also an Associate Editor for Group Decision and Negotiation and is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Engineering and Technology Management. She is a past Senior Editor for Organization Science and a past Associate Editor for Management Information Systems Quarterly.
Prof. Griffith is a member of the Academy of Management, the Association for Information Systems, and the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS).
