This paper introduces a compact 8-12 GHz bandpass filter utilizing effective surface plasmon polaritons (ESPPs). ESPPs waveguide perform tunable cutoff frequency and excellent transmission efficiency. The different structural parameters of ESPPs BPF can easily control the passband range. The design of the ESPPs BPF offers low insertion loss, miniaturization (0.975λ
