A Novel Two-level Multi-dimensional Operating Evaluation System for Building Integrated Energy Systems

Building integrated energy system (BIES) is an important type of multi-energy complementary energy supply system. Following the relevant guidelines for post-evaluation in the power industry, BIES also requires detailed evaluation during operation to ensure it operates in an economical, reliable, and energy-efficient manner. However, existing standards lack regulations on the operation evaluation of BIES, and most literature evaluates BIES based on design conditions and indicators, which cannot meet the need for accurate and timely evaluation of BIES operation under complex and variable operating conditions. Firstly, a two-level operation evaluation system that covers changes in different seasonal and operating state effects was proposed, which can accurately evaluate BIES operation under different conditions. Subsequently, a multidimensional evaluation system was demonstrated and a combination method for the inner and outer weights of the twolevel operation evaluation system was proposed. Finally, a certain BIES application was taken as the research object to calculate the inner and outer weights by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and analytic network process (ANP), respectively. The final evaluation score was obtained by the combination method.
