Abstract
In accordance with the new regulations that govern official university centers and education, the role of learning outcomes in university degrees is reinforced. This study, developed in the context of the FLOASS Project (RTI2018-093630-B-100), aims to analyze the perception that teachers, students and the coordination of master's degrees in Social Sciences have of the evaluative practice. A computer-based application to collect the means of evaluation used in the master's degrees under study, a questionnaire for teachers, interviews with the coordinators of the degrees, and focus groups with students have been used as instruments for collecting information. The combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies allows to analyze the collected information under a mixed design and to conclude that the most frequently used evaluation tasks, namely, problem-solving tests, active participation of students in different activities and multimedia presentations make students apply what they have learned in new situations and contexts. The most applied evaluation instruments are evaluative arguments and rubrics. Despite the positive results, it is necessary to assess those aspects with lower ratings. It is then concluded that there are still aspects to improve and to consider in the reformulation of degree reports.
