Bimetallic Coordination Polymers Based on Acenaphthene-1,2-diimine Ligand

摘要
One-dimensional metalorganic coordination polymers [{(dpp-bian 2– )M(µ 2 -S) 2 M(dpp-bian 2– )Na 2 (THF) 4 }· (µ-4,4′-bipy)·2THF] n {M = Al, Ga; dpp-bian = 1,2-bis[(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imino]acenaphthene, 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine} were obtained by a series of successive reactions of dimetalanes [(dpp-bian 2– )M–M(dpp-bian 2– )] (M = Al, Ga) with sulfur, sodium and 4,4′-bipyridine. The prepared compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The thermal stability of the compounds was studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
