Comparison of Diagnostic Values Between MSCTU and IVP in Urinary System Diseases
Modern Medicine Health(2011)
摘要
Objective:To assess the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT urography(MSCTU) in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases.Methods:40 patients with complete clinical data of urinary system diseases underwent intravenous pyelography(IVP) first, and then underwent MSCTU on 3-7 d.After that, the diseases were observed with multiplanar reformation(MPR),curved planar reformation(CPR),volume rendering(VR) and maximum intensity projection(MIP),etc. The results were compared with those by IVP.Results:Among 40 cases, there are 27 cases of urinary stones,3 cases of urinary tuberculosis,4 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma,1 case of blood clot within the renal pelvis,5 cases os bladder transitional cell carcinoma.20 of 27 cases of urinary stones were detected using IVP,while it made little sense to the urinary tract tuberculosis, renal cancer and other diseases,MSCTU could clearly demonstrate the location, size and form of the lesion, and the space relationship with adjacent structure, which was obvious better than IVP.Conclusion:MSCTU have many advantages, which can improve the display rate and qualitative diagnosis of the lesion.
