Transient silent myocardial ischemia in a patient with concomitant pulmonary tb and type i diabetes mellitus

The article describes a clinical observation of a patient with concomitant pulmonary TB, type I diabetes mellitus and silent myocardial ischemia (SMI). The results of a diagnostic search and successful drug therapy of SMI in a phthisiology department are represented. Possibilities of electrocardiographic diagnostics, classification, treatment tactics, and prognosis of SMI are discussed.
