Process Evaluation of a G8 Screening Tool Implementation in an Outpatient Oncology Center

The International Society for Geriatric Oncology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network have recommended a geriatric assessment be conducted for all older patients for whom cancer treatment is considered.
