Abstract
噪声如果处理不当,可能导致内耳结构发生不可逆转的变化,而致听力损失.世界上约5％的人口患有噪声性听力损失.防治噪声性听力损失迫在眉睫.随着中医药在临床诊疗地位的不断提升,噪声性听力损失的中医病因病机、辨证分型及方药的探讨逐渐增多,但相关研究的文献仍然偏少,如何建立规范的中医药防治噪声性听力损失方案仍需进一步努力.本文对噪声性听力损失的中医药防治进展进行综述.
