摘要
Comorbidities often preclude open surgery for spinal stenosis.1, 2 This is of particular concern for patients who have exhausted conservative care for symptomatic painful neurogenic claudication, decreased ability to stand and walk, and complete activities of daily living. An effective option for moderate spinal stenosis is extension blockade with interspinous spacer, which has been demonstrated to have 5-year efficacy data.3 This study presents the outcomes of such a cohort.
