Abstract
以总黄酮的得率为评价指标,对乙醇浓度、料液比和提取时间三因素进行正交试验,优化鹅不食草中黄铜类化合物的超声波提取工艺.结果最佳提取条件:乙醇浓度80 ％,料液比1:40,提取时间45min,此条件下总黄酮得率为1.83％.
