Abstract
橘红痰咳液是由化橘红、百部(蜜灸)、茯苓、半夏(制)、白前、甘草、苦杏仁、五味子等中药经提取加工而成的口服液,临床主要用于痰浊阻肺所致的咳嗽、气喘、痰多,感冒、支气管炎、咽喉炎等.为保证本品的质量,以君药化橘红中柚皮苷为含量测定的指标成分.参考有关文献[1],建立了橘红痰咳液中柚皮苷含量测定的高效液相色谱方法,本法准确、简便、快速,适用于橘红痰咳液的质量控制.
