气吸式小青菜播种机的设计

Abstract
针对小青菜播种过程中存在的机械化水平低,机型与农艺不匹配等问题,设计了一款气吸式小青菜播种机.通过理论计算和分析,确定了开沟器以及排种器的关键结构参数.将所设计的播种机进行田间测试,测出整机播种量为4.08 kg/hm2;各行播量一致性的标准差为0.12 g,变异系数为3.1％;总播量稳定性的标准差为0.97 g,变异系数为2.8％.结果表明:该播种机播种性能稳定,为小青菜等小粒径种子的播种提供了重要参考.
