Risk Assessment of Underwater Unmanned Platforms in the South China Sea Marine Environment Based on Two-Dimensional Density-Weighted Operator and Cloud Barycentric Bayesian Combination

This paper constructs the natural environmental risk index system of underwater unmanned platform operations in the sea area based on the marine environmental factor data of the South China Sea region. It uses the two-dimensional density-weighted operator to obtain the weights of different impact factors and carries out the risk assessment of the South China Sea region by taking advantage of the cloud barycenter-Bayesian network method. The results show that in the South China Sea, the overall risk probability of underwater unmanned platforms is 14.7, the higher risk probability is 19.0, the medium risk probability is 26.0, the lower risk probability is 21.2, and the lowest risk probability is 19.1. In addition, the risk in the west and north of the South China Sea is larger, and the risk in the south and east is smaller. That is, the risk in the offshore is greater than that in the open sea. It is more suitable for the operation and combat of the relevant underwater unmanned platform. The research aims to provide technical support for risk assessment of unmanned underwater vehicles operating in the South China Sea and the development and utilization of marine resources.
