Research on the Vibration Detection System of Subway Vehicle Doors Based on WiFi

摘要
The vibration signal of subway vehicle door system contains abundant information, from which the health status and fault information of the door can be analyzed. Generally, accelerometer and other wired sensors are installed on the door fan or the middle support seat of subway vehicles to detect vibration. A setting like this, however, will face several problems such as the abrasion of detection line caused by the movement of constantly moving components of subway doors, and the limitation of installing sensors on subway door components. In order to solve the problems, a wireless vibration detection system is designed in this research, integrating MEMS accelerometer, data acquisition and WiFi wireless transmission into the wireless vibration detection system. Through the actual test of the wireless vibration detection system on the doors of railway vehicles, the results show that the system can compensate for the defects of the wired detection mode in the process of the maintenance of the metro vehicle doors, and provide the hardware basis for the vibration detection and health status monitoring of the metro vehicle door system.
