Syncope : comment organiser le bilan initial ? Quels patients doit-on hospitaliser?

L’évaluation initiale d’un patient admis pour syncope repose sur trois points essentiels : l’interrogatoire, l’examen clinique (incluant une recherche d’hypotension orthostatique) et surtout l’analyse de l’électrocardiogramme.
