摘要

This is an 8-year follow-up report of a 20-year-old male with Class III malocclusion and impacted maxillary right canine, treated by a combined orthodontic-surgical approach. The treatment plan consisted of extraction of the maxillary right canine and the maxillary left first premolar, followed by decompensation of tooth positioning and orthognathic surgery. There was very good stability of the treatment results after this period.
