摘要
•Fe and Co co-doped ZIF-derived nitrogen doped carbon is prepared.•The prepared Fe-Co/NPC-900 material has shown high surface area of 933 m2/g.•The Fe-Co/NPC-900 electrode has shown high specific capacitance of 900 F/g.•The Fe-Co/NPC-900 electrode has shown lowest charge transfer resistance.•The capacitive storage mechanism is dominant in Fe-Co/NPC-900 electrode.
