为应对临床研究评价指标存在的不规范、不一致、不重要等问题,方法学专家提出了核心指标集(COS)的概念.有效性试验核心结局指标(COMET)工作组的成立,促进了COS的国际化推广和应用.从COS的概念及作用、COS研究平台、COS研制方法、中医药临床研究核心指标集(COS-TCM)等四个方面进行阐述,为核心指标集研究提供参考.
