Abstract
射频导管消融术是心房颤动(简称房颤)患者一种重要的心律控制手段.因食管与左房后壁解剖毗邻,消融左房后壁时易伤及食管.房颤术后食管损伤是常见的消融并发症,而心包(房)食道瘘则是致死性的并发症.房颤消融围手术期,可以采取控制功率、时间、压力、局麻、降低食管内温度、预防性使用质子泵抑制剂等多种手段降低食管损伤的发生.
