Abstract
Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a highly heterogenous and complex disorder that can vary considerably over time. The neurobiological factors that predict PTSD symptoms in individuals diagnosed with PTSD remain unclear. This study investigated whether the structural integrity of the hippocampus and hippocampal subfields predicts 1) baseline PTSD symptoms and 2) PTSD symptom changes over a 2-year period.
