Abstract

细胞治疗产品(cell therapy products,CTPs)是指用于治疗人类疾病,来源、操作和临床试验过程符合伦理要求,按照药品管理相关法规进行研发和注册申报的人体来源的活细胞产品[1];是从实验室培养的干细胞、组织和器官中提取的,被注射到患者体内的生物技术产品[2].CTPs 主要包括干细胞和体细胞两类,其中干细胞分为胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cell,ESC)、间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)和诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cell,iPSC)等,是目前正在研究的用于制备细胞治疗产品的主要细胞类型[3].
