Abstract
人骨髓间充质干细胞(human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells，hBMSCs)是一种来源于中胚层的成体干细胞，可作为种子细胞定向诱导成软骨分化修复软骨损伤 [1]。本研究利用转录组测序技术，鉴定并分析骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells，BMSCs)诱导成软骨分化前后长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA，lncRNA)表达谱的变化特征，探讨lncRNA在BMSCs成软骨分化调控中的作用机制。
