Abstract
The use of milk is very popular, both in the form of the milk itself and other processed forms such as yogurt, cheese, kefir, and others. Most people still think that cow's milk is the only source of animal nutrition that contains protein, nutrition and enormous health benefits. Not many people know that goat's milk has the same, even better, benefits than cow's milk. Community service through the dissemination of pasteurized goat's milk is carried out. Lack of public knowledge about the health benefits and nutritional content of goat's milk causes people's purchasing power is still very low. In addition, considering the importance of the benefits of goat's milk, we need an activity that is effective and informative, educative and persuasive in the context of introducing its products. The purpose of this activity is to establish a pioneering collaboration with schools as one of the marketing sites for goat's milk products and parents of students in increasing the consumer's power of the community towards goat's milk and providing information based on scientific data about the benefits of goat's milk. The socialization was carried out starting with the presentation of the presenters about the benefits and importance of consuming goat's milk in daily life, the utilization of goat's milk into healthy nutritional products (pasteurized goat's milk). The results that can be conveyed from the socialization activities are that teachers and students increase their knowledge of the importance of consuming goat's milk as healthy food and are enthusiastic in making healthy products made from goat's milk.
