Abstract
前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)是老年男性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,根据2019年美国癌症协会的统计数据,在男性所有恶性肿瘤中,PCa的发病率高居首位,患者死亡率位于第二位[1].虽然我国PCa的发病率及患者死亡率低于西方国家,但是随着我国人口老龄化,我国PCa的发病率逐年提高,正成为严重影响我国老年男性健康的泌尿系恶性肿瘤[2].
