2018年2月～2021年3月,我们采用吸引管远端反向连接50 ml针筒组合体,用于微创骨科手术中<3 cm切口的冲洗,效果满意,报道如下.
1 材料与方法
1. 1 病例资料 本组121例,男73 例,女48 例,年龄42～98 岁.其中胸腰椎骨折行经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术30例,转子间骨折行股骨近端防旋髓内钉固定术62例,四肢长骨骨折行微创髓内钉固定术29例.
