目的 比较不同学历层次的实习护生岗位胜任力现状,为有针对性地提高实习护生岗位胜任力提供参考.方法 采用中文版护理行为六维度量表(6-D)对某医学院校498名实习护生进行问卷调查.结果 实习护生岗位胜任力呈中等水平.本科学历的实习护生岗位胜任力高.结论 护理管理者应针对护生的特点提高岗位胜任力,进而提高护理质量.
