本文阐释了类黄酮生物合成途径中关键酶及基因的研究进展及其对药用植物类黄酮合成的调控;这些关键酶及基因为:查尔酮合酶(CHS)及基因,查尔酮异构酶(CHI)及基因,黄烷酮3-羟化酶(F3 H)及基因,二氢黄酮醇4-还原酶(DFR)及基因,以及最新识别及克隆的在类黄酮生物合成中发挥重要作用的其它基因.同时,总结了环境因子对药用植物类黄酮合成及积累的胁迫与调控.
