Abstract
采用双向拉伸法制备了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微孔膜,研究了拉伸速率对微孔膜的微观形态、熔融-结晶行为、取向和透气性的影响.结果表明,通过双向拉伸法制备的具有典型"结点-微纤"结构的PTFE微孔膜,低温横向拉伸时,较高的拉伸速率更有利于微纤的拉伸,但拉伸速率对微孔膜的熔融-结晶行为和取向影响并不显著;随着拉伸速率的提高,微孔膜的透气性能有所提升.
