Abstract
水肿的发生,主要责之肺、脾、肾三脏,而从《内经》开始,便记载了水肿与五脏皆有关系,故王茂泓主任中医师基于对经典的认识及临床体会,提出肝失疏泄为水肿的基本病机之一,采取六经辨证模式,从少阳、厥阴论治,常可取效,可资借鉴.
