A Thiophene Analog of the GFP Chromophore As Fluorogen for FAST Protein

摘要

We report a novel thiophene derivative of the GFP chromophore. The introduction of thiophene substituent leads to an increase in absorption intensity. Thiophene analogs can be used as fluorogens for the fluorogen-activating FAST protein in fluorescence microscopy.
