Promotion Strategy of Reduce Fare-dodging Based on System Dynamics from the Perspective on Evolutionary Game

As urban rail transit has rapidly developed. The metro has become a key means of transportation. However, fare-dodging becomes increasingly severe, causing huge economic loss to metro companies. To reduce losses incurred by insufficient supervision, starting from bounded rationality, we combine the evolutionary game with system dynamics to study relations of the government and metro companies with fare-dodging and reveal the dynamic evolution process of the supervision of the three parties. According to the study, the government's strategies are mainly influenced by the cost recording of the fare-dodging behavior in the credit investigation system and the penalty to metro companies without supervision. The strategies of metro companies are influenced by the cost of their supervision and the penalty for fare-dodgers, while passengers are largely influenced by the government's cost recording the fare-dodging behavior in the credit investigation system, the supervision cost of metro companies, and the penalty from companies for fare-dodging. Finally, passengers' behaviors are discussed by adjusting the management strategies of the government and metro companies, and scientific suggestions are put forward to reduce fare-dodging.
