摘要
Purpose To explore the rare CT findings of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA) associated pulmonary vasculitis. Materials and Methods The high resolution CT fndings of 37 patients with ANCA associated pulmonary vasculitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 37 patients, 18 cases were Wegener's granulomatosis(WG), 9 cases were Churg-Strauss syndrome(CSS), 10 cases were microscopicpolyangiitis(MPA). In 18 cases of WG, 1 case show ED only lymphatic lungs pulmonary vascular bundle thickening, 17 cases had 1 to 11 nodules with clear edge. 5 cases of CSS appeared ground-glass opacities. In 10 cases of MPA, 1 case showed display shell like reversed halo sign, 9 cases showed patchy exudation, ground-glass opacity and consolidation at part of lesions. Conclusion CT fndings of ANCA associated pulmonary vasculitis are diverse, understanding its rare CT findings and combining laboratory examination can avoid misdiagnosis.
