Erratum to: Chapter 14 in: E.A. Ainsbury et al. (eds.), Extended Abstracts Fall 2015, Trends in Mathematics 7, DOI 10.1007/978-3-319-55639-0_14 In the original version of the book, the wrongly displayed contributors names "Fieke Dekkers, Arjan Maud-Briels, Teun van van-Dijk, Astrid Dillen, and Kloosterman" have to be corrected to read as "Fieke Dekkers, Astrid Kloosterman, Teun van Dillen, Maud Briels, and Arjan van Dijk" in Chapter "Understanding Plaque Overlap Is Essential for Modelling Radiation Induced Atherosclerosis" and Table of Contents. The erratum book has been updated with the change.
