Abstract
针对典型涡轮冷却叶片,利用工业CT扫描、3D激光扫描、相关点云处理软件和三维建模软件,重构三维模型,进行高质量的网格划分,合理设置边界条件,对涡轮一级动叶进行气热耦合数值模拟分析.结果 表明:该一级动叶叶身温度分布均匀,最高温度约935 qC,低于材料可承受的温度,出现在前缘叶顶处,为涡轮叶片冷却结构的优化设计提供参考.
