本文观察山杞地黄汤治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效,报道如下. 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料:选择2018年6月～2020年8月我院收治的DN气阴两虚夹瘀证患者126例,随机分为两组各63例.观察组中男34例,女29例;年龄41～74(56.53± 8.64)岁;病程3～18(11.73 ± 2.35)年.对照组中男36例,女27例;年龄40～74(56.47±8.59)岁;病程3～20 (11.75±2.31)年.两组一般资料均衡(P>0.05).
