Abstract
周围神经毒性是铂类药物化疗后常见的并发症,影响患者生活质量及治疗进程,由于其神经毒性机制尚未明确,目前尚无标准的治疗方法.中医外治法近年在防治化疗毒副作用方面成果显著.自拟方通络散浴疗联合隔物灸治疗铂类周围神经毒性避免了药物胃肠道反应及肝肾损害,简便安全,在临床应用中取得了较为满意的疗效.
